Thank you to all the designers out there who are using my graphics to create their beautiful projects. I've been looking around lately and I see so many gorgeous things being posted on various sites. I have, however, noticed that when adding my credits to the pages where the products are for sale, the credits are not always correct. This concerns me because I put many, many hours into my art and a great deal of work and patience to create the best graphics for you that I possibly can. Being a very small business and working strictly from home, I have no advertising budget so word-of-mouth is VERY important to me. I truly appreciate all the wonderful folks who take the time to add my credits, (as stated in my Terms of Use) but please, PLEASE add them correctly. No one can find me otherwise. I've noticed credits like : delightful doodle butterfly cup resourses. Well..... that's totally confusing and doesn't do me or the other artists any good at all. original artwork©delightful-doodles.com Nothing else. And my credits must appear on every page where items with my graphics are shown for sale. ALL ALL OF MY GRAPHICS CAN NOW BE USED FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS, LOCKED INTO EITHER .JPG OR .BMP FORMAT . This means you can make candywrappers, decoupage sheets, pyramage sheets,(But you may not use my images "as is" to simply provide the original images in jpg format) greeting cards, invitations and craft sheets for sale as digital downloads. YOU MAY NOT SELL ANY OF MY READY MADE BOXES, BAGS OR PRINTABLE KITS IN DIGITAL FORMAT. ****IMPORTANT**** All websites offering products containing my graphics for digital downloads MUST have my banner displayed on their website and have it linked to delightful-doodles.com Please save one of the banners below to place on your web page. 
All digital products being sold that contain my graphics MUST BE LOCKED into either .JPG OR.BMP FORMAT. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can NOT repackage my graphics and offer them digitally as collections or scrapping elements. |

for sale on Cafe Press, Zazzle or other 'print on demand' websites. ALL OF THE PAGES SHOWING PROODUCTS MADE WITH MY GRAPHICS MUST HAVE MY COPYRIGHTS ON THAT PAGE!! NO EXCEPTIONS. -You may not...~ redistribute the graphics in Yahoo groups, AOL lists, forums, PSP lists, Tube lists, mailing lists of any kind. -You may not...~ share, give, lend, or copy my graphics. -You may not...~ post "shares" or "snags" of items made with my graphics on any forum or community boards. -You may not...~ use the graphics to put on CD's for sale. -You may not...~ sell any of my printables such as boxes, bags and kits as digital downloads. -You may not...~ use the graphics on any site that displays, promotes or links to...any pornographic sites, any hate sites, any child abuse sites, any racist sites. -You may not...~ remove the copyright markings. -You may not...~ use the graphics to design business logos or trademarks. |
All collections and CD's must be paid IN FULL before they are made available for download or shipped.
